       (Sub-head 4(1)(b)(x) of the J&K RTI Act, 2009)

 Till date, there is no such case where Chief Information Commissioner has ordered, that compensation is to be realized from any Appellate Authority/PIO/APIO or any Officer or member of staff in this Organization. If need arises, the same would be arranged through realization of money as compensation from the AA/PIO/APIO or Officer or member of staff, as the case be, by the Cash Units in this organization.
