NOTICE  INVITING TENDER

                For and on behalf of Governor J&K State, sealed tenders affixed with Rs 5/- revenue stamp are invited  from the approved authorized dealers/reputed firms /registered suppliers for supply of Digital SLR Still Cameras of the following specification for use in Crime Branch J&K.

1.The tenders should reach in the office of Inspector General of Police Crime Branch  J&K near exhibition Ground Srinagar on or before 16.9.2008 up to                                          5 PM.The tender received after the expiry of prescribed period will not be entertained.

2.The tender should be sent by registered post or can be delivered personally at the ..above quoted address.

3. The tender should be properly sealed, no telegraphic tender shall be accepted.

4. The successful tenderer has to arrange the prescribed supply within a period of 10 days from the date of placing the supply order

5  The tenders will be opened on 17.9.2008 at 11.00 hours in presence of intending tenderers who may like to be present.

6, The tender should be filled in with ink. tender filled in by pencil or otherwise shall not be considered .No. over writing is acceptable

7.  The Guarantee /warranty period of the equipments must be mentioned in the tender documents.

8.  The documents for being an authorized dealer/reputed firm/registered supplier must be enclosed with the quotation.
