The
tenders should reach in the office of
Inspector General of Police
Crime & Railways J&K near Exhibition Ground Srinagar on or before 27.05.08 up
to 5 PM. The tender received after the expiry of prescribed period will not be
entertained.

The
tender should be sent by registered post or can be delivered personally at the
above quoted address.

The
tenders should be properly sealed no Telegraphic tender shall be accepted.

The
tender documents must be accompanied with earnest money of Rs 5000/= ( five
thousand) in shape of CDR/FDR from any nationalized Bank pledged to Inspector
General of Police Crime & Railways J&K with out which the tender will not be
accepted.

The
successful tenderer has to arrange the prescribed supply within a period of
fifteen days from the date of placing the supply order.

The
tenders would be opened on
28th May 2008 at 11.00 hours in presence of intending
tenderers who may like to be present. In case of unforeseen circumstances the
tenders will be opened on next working day.

The
guarantee/warranty period of the equipment must be mentioned in the tender
document.

100%
payment will be made by WDC bill or bank draft if so desired after the supply is
received in full, duly surveyed and accepted by the survey committee nominated
for the purpose.
